Brain Mapping

Brain mapping is another name for a quantitative EEG (qEEG). A "Q" is an objective assessment of brain activity that allows us to assess and compare your brain wave activity to a normative data base.  During the Q, sensors are placed on the scalp and then connected to sensitive electronics and computer software that detect, amplify, and record specific brain activity. The client is seated comfortably for the process which takes approximately an hour to complete.
